As a Program Manager for Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO) at Google, you'll manage complex programs, define requirements, manage project schedules, and communicate with stakeholders. You'll ensure reliable and efficient delivery for CSCO's customers. Responsibilities include designing communication plans, determining program lifecycle metrics, collecting data for program governance, managing project trackers, identifying and executing program tasks, managing dependencies, and executing change management requirements. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide necessary insights for effective decision-making. The role requires collaboration across multiple levels of the organization and a demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years program/project management experience
- Supply chain operations/management experience
- Cross-functional process improvement
- Data analysis & communication skills

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain operations or management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience leading cross-functional process improvement.
- Experience in data modeling, trend analysis, statistics, forecasting, or business insights.
- Knowledge of the tools and elements of project management with the ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
- Demonstrated sense of accountability and ownership for project lifecycle with the ability to collaborate and influence across multiple levels of an organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $126,000-$181,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver predictable program communication plans in collaboration with program stakeholders, including targeted communications by stakeholder type.
- Determine phasing and metrics associated with program lifecycle that effectively address continuous improvement including Resource Stewardship (effective deployment of machine and people resources) in close collaboration with program stakeholders, including near- and long-term objectives.
- Determine and collect data required to execute and govern programs effectively. Independently maintain project trackers and status reports. Identify and execute on program tasks including proactively managing dependencies.
- Execute change management requirements that are identified by program stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, including managing expectations of program stakeholders and ensuring they have the insights they need to make effective decisions.
