The Quality Control Manager at gTech Ads will drive quality operations with vendor partners, contributing to workflow design for seamless customer experiences. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into measurable outcomes, analyzing market trends and financials to inform quality operations, and demonstrating strong stakeholder management in a global environment. The role requires balancing diverse perspectives for decision-making and influencing tool roadmaps through cross-functional collaboration. This position necessitates a deep understanding of warehousing, supply chain operations, and third-party logistics, along with expertise in data analysis and business insights. The ideal candidate will have experience with Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN methodologies and proven success in managing vendor teams and customer relationships within a large-scale organization.
Must have:
- 5+ years managing vendor teams and customers
- 5+ years in 3PL relationship management
- 5+ years managing warehousing and supply chain
- Experience in Six Sigma, COPC, or LEAN
- Bachelor's degree in related field
Good to have:
- MBA or Master's degree
- Data center logistics experience
- SQL expertise, data analysis skills

Job Details
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in managing vendor teams and working with customers.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third-party logistics relationships.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- Experience in Operations Six Sigma, Customer Operations Performance Centre (COPC) or LEAN certification or other relevant operations coursework.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- 5 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights in order to guide business decisions.
- Experience in data center logistics.
- Knowledge of SQL, with expertise in data and insights.

Responsibilities
- Drive quality operations with our vendor partners. Provide input into quality workflow design in collaboration with relevant teams enabling noise-free quality and customer experience.
- Translate business requirements into measurable outcomes through quality evaluation.Decipher the language of the business including financials, market trends, growth strategy, competition and direction. Feed relevant inputs into the quality operations.
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder management along with ability and working in a matrixed, cross-functional and a global, multicultural environment.
- Balance multiple perspectives to inform thinking and decision-making.
- Inform and influence tools roadmaps by collaborating with the relevant cross-functional teams and see them through to execution and impact.
