The Recruitment & Operations Intern at Black Shamrock will assist in all aspects of recruitment, from posting jobs and reviewing resumes to scheduling interviews and sourcing candidates. They will develop and improve sourcing strategies, partner with hiring managers, and contribute to employer branding efforts. Responsibilities also include administrative tasks, supporting HR projects (employee engagement, company events, CSR), maintaining employee records, providing general HR and office support, assisting with office operations and logistics, invoice processing, and participating in various projects as needed.
