Job Description

The Sales Campaigns Coordinator at Tesla will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for Central Europe. This role involves developing and implementing sales development strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, product, communications), managing event logistics and digital campaigns, creating campaign guidelines, coordinating national/regional sales initiatives (pop-ups, digital partnerships, mailings), and managing third-party vendors. The ideal candidate possesses at least 2 years of experience in marketing, focusing on events, partnerships, and lead generation campaigns, strong project management skills, analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, fluency in English and German, and experience managing large-scale campaigns. The role reports to the Sales Campaigns Manager.

What to Expect

The Sales Campaigns Coordinator will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and building a strong sales pipeline for Tesla in Central Europe through online and offline channels. You will report into the Sales Campaigns Manager and work closely with in-market counterparts, and colleagues from the Central Europe Sales organization to generate new leads quickly and effectively. You will be responsible for identifying, building operating frameworks and executing on Central Europe wide offline and digital initiatives to reach new customers; as well as for measuring the success of the campaigns to ensure ROI optimization.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with the Sales Campaigns Manager and the Central Europe Sales Operations team on developing the sales development strategy to meet EMEA sales goals
  • Developing and implementing the Sales Development strategy for Tesla in Central Europe, aligned with overall business objectives to unlock new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, including sales, product, and communications, to ensure campaign alignment and consistency
  • Support with event logistics and digital campaign implementation, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Create guidelines and guardrails for the markets to operate within sales development campaigns
  • Coordinate the implementation of national and regional approaches to sales development initiatives; i.e sales pop-ups, digital partnerships, mailings and other lead generation & conversion campaigns
  • Manage third parties such a agencies and vendors and respond to external brand requests
What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on events and/or partnership and lead generation campaigns
  • Experience managing large-scale campaigns, including planning, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas effectively
  • Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus
