Job Description

As a Sales Specialist for Google Distributed Cloud, you will be responsible for driving strategic pursuits across the region. You will work with account executives and the field organization to promote the business and technical relationship between customers and Google. Your responsibilities will include developing a plan to promote the GDC business by growing the agreement pipeline and progressing opportunities. You will also be responsible for engaging with and presenting to business stakeholders and executive leaders.
Good To Have:
  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, and developing and landing go-to-market strategies
  • Experience managing business opportunities in a complex and a matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and bring in and provide resources and ideas to achieve a broader organizational goal
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with new technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space
Must Have:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 7 years of experience with cloud or software sales, or account management at a B2B software company
  • Experience in the Public Sector, Financial Services Industry or Retail industries
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, business stakeholders and executive leaders
