The Sales Support Specialist at Trackman will provide pre-sale and post-sale support for their Booking & Payments product, focusing on the US golf market. Job description

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support our customers in their use of our Booking & Payments Product as well as sell our products and services within the United States.  This role is pivotal in helping to drive Customer Satisfaction, Increase Sales Conversations, and Maintain Strong Relationships with current/potential clients.  

Job Responsibilities 

  • Provide pre-sale support by answering questions, resolving issues, and helping customers select the appropriate software solutions. 

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and work closely with the implementation team to ensure a smooth setup. 

  • Liaise with customers to follow up on demo requests, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process. 

  • Deliver administrative support to sales leadership 

  • Manage customer inquiries related to software solutions, offering product information, scheduling demos, and providing guidance on product features. 

  • Develop a deep understanding of our booking, POS, and membership management software products to assist in sales efforts.  

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM Systems. 

Job requirements

The ideal candidate:  

  • 2-3 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably within the Software, SaaS, or Golf Industry 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

  • Enthusiastic & proactive with a customer-first mindset 

  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software 

  • Strong problem-solving abilities focusing on finding solutions that benefit both the customer and the company. 

  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies  

  • Personal drive, self-starter with a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mile  

  • Build and maintain relationships easily  

  • Consider other’s views and demonstrate listening skills  

  • Persuade others by being trustworthy and enthusiastic  

  • Demonstrate perseverance and cope well with rejection  

Preferably:   

  • A strong network in the local golf industry  

  • Experience in developing and applying sales and marketing strategies.  

The compensation plan consists of a fixed salary and a bonus plan. Individual Health Insurance with an optional Dental plan will also be provided. A benefits package including a 401k, cell phone, and personal home internet is also available. You will benefit from onboard training and continuous coaching. You will be working from your home office.
