On Location is looking for a Marketing Associate to join the B2C Marketing team for FIFA World Cup 26™. This role will help support and execute fan marketing strategy for premium hospitality offerings across integrated, consumer marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain project schedules, task lists, and status updates to ensure clear communication and progress.
Support the coordination and execution of creative concepts, campaigns, and collateral in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
Create & maintain integrated marketing channel calendars.
Develop creative briefs to ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
Research & present case studies on relevant campaigns and products
Support the creation of all necessary marketing resources & decks
Distribute ongoing reporting of engagement and performance metrics
Support the planning and execution of ambassador & experiential marketing campaigns
Partner with B2B counterpart to share learnings, processes and best practices
You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
Superior organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and time management skills.
A strong focus on accuracy and quality and are detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software/tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
We’d Love If You Also Have These:
Bilingual or multilingual proficiency (especially French and/or Spanish)
Passion for soccer and familiarity with the FIFA World Cup
