Job Description

The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team. This role involves building trust with clients, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management issues, improving clients’ performance through effective risk mitigation, project managing client deliverables, maintaining daily relationships with clients and executives, and recommending suitable solutions based on client analysis. They will also mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth.
Must have:
  • Relevant Degree (desirable)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or a closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workers Compensation team at Mercer Marsh Benefits as a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

The Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation will build trust with clients and stakeholders, providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management challenges while leading a national Client Service team.

We will count on you to:

  • Build trust with clients and foster collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders
  • Provide solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
  • Improve clients’ performance through effective risk mitigation methods
  • Project manage client deliverables and maintain daily relationships with clients and their executives
  • Recommend suitable solutions based on client analysis activities, including claims, premiums, and policy structures
  • Mentor colleagues in business development and professional growth

What you need to have:
