Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve content strategies that align with customer needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with creative and technology teams to ensure seamless content alignment and execution across all user touchpoints.
• Write, edit, and publish content across a variety of digital platforms, including websites, blogs, video scripts, email marketing, social media posts, and more.
• Engage with clients to gather input, present ideas, and shape creative concepts based on their needs and objectives.
• Drive the full content strategy process from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Analyze content performance using analytics tools to measure effectiveness and drive data-informed adjustments.
• Mentor and collaborate with junior team members and colleagues across strategy, delivery, and technology to ensure high-quality content production.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of relevant experience in agency or in-house content strategy, copywriting, marketing, or related fields.
• Proven experience in strategic content development, including campaign planning, market research, and digital branding.
• Strong ability to facilitate creative ideation and discovery sessions with both clients and internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content for various audiences.
• Familiarity with content management systems, or the willingness to learn.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
