Senior Creator Program Managers are creative leaders who love to make cool things happen. We are looking for doers who are interested in taking a vision and running with it! In this role, you will build and maintain a healthy creator community for an exciting battle royale-hero shooter game. As a Senior Creator Program Manager, your top priority is building a balance between the needs of the game developer, and the needs of the creators in your program. You will operate as the bridge between the two, finding ways to inspire content generation at the same time as helping creators get meaningful support and opportunities. You will use a combination of data and experience to build and implement creative program strategies, manage program performance & goal progression, organize community events, manage fun creative activations, and constantly be looking for new ways to showcase creators in your community!
You will work with our creator programs team to not only build the framework of the program, but to see it through and continue evolving it as it grows. You’ll be using our proprietary Gamesight platform, which includes all the tools necessary to run the program and campaigns at scale. While these tools will help you, creator program management is not for the faint of heart. You will regularly use your instincts and experience alongside our data to innovate and problem-solve. You’ll also be communicating with creators and representatives for this game across a wide range of tools: email, Skype, Discord, WeChat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Twitter, Basecamp, BlooshChat. Okay, BlooshChat isn’t real, but the rest are, and you WILL get DMs on them!
Ultimately, you’ll work with content creators on Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and more to help spread the word about this game's amazing new features and updates and drive revenue and viewership for our customers. This position is a Level 4 role on the Gamesight Leveling Framework; details on expectations for Level 4 roles can be found here.

- Work with the rest of the Gamesight team to keep them informed of campaign progress and roadblocks.
- Project manage beats that require inputs from other teams at Gamesight - ensure everyone knows what they need to deliver and when it’s due.
- Ensure we are delivering high-quality content and results that meet our customer’s goals and efficiently utilize their budget.
