The Senior React + Power Automate Developer role involves developing front-end components in React.js and building workflow automation using Power Automate for AT&T's internal SharePoint platforms. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining React.js front-end components in SharePoint Online (SPFx), designing and implementing Power Automate workflows, integrating Power Automate flows with various platforms, managing flow reliability, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and documenting processes. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with globally distributed teams.
Must have:
  • 5+ years of combined front-end and workflow automation experience
  • Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SharePoint integration
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)

Good to have:
  • Exposure to Azure Functions and Python scripting
  • Understanding of SharePoint architecture and permissions
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Awareness of manual deployment workflows and platform limitations

Job Details

We are seeking a Senior React + Power Automate Developer to support AT&T's internal SharePoint platforms. This dual-skilled role focuses on developing front-end components in React.js and building workflow automation using Power Automate within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This position requires a problem-solver with strong experience in workflow design, SharePoint integration, and client collaboration.


You will

  • Build and maintain React.js front-end components in SharePoint Online (SPFx)
  • Design and implement Power Automate workflows involving multi-step logic, approvals, and error
  • handling
  • Integrate Power Automate flows with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and external APIs
  • Manage flow reliability, environment constraints, and compliance boundaries
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Kanban/Scrum models
  • Document processes and participate in QA and deployment activities

 

You have

  • Advanced English level (At least B2+)
  • 5+ years of combined front-end and workflow automation experience
  • Strong skills in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SharePoint integration
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Automate (Microsoft Flow)
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, environment management, and flow optimization
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with globally distributed teams
  • Exposure to Azure Functions and Python scripting
  • Understanding of SharePoint architecture and permissions
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Awareness of manual deployment workflows and platform limitations
