As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Powtoon, you will play a critical role in turning user interest into action. You'll bridge the gap between marketing, product, and UX, ensuring a seamless customer journey. Responsibilities include leveraging customer feedback to refine messaging and user flows, developing compelling narratives and campaigns, collaborating on GTM strategies, partnering with UX designers to create intuitive in-product experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of senior product marketing experience with a strong UX focus, experience in SaaS/B2B products, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We are looking for a full staked Product Marketing Manager with Product management experience to own the critical role of turning interest into action. 

You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Product, and UX to ensure that our marketing and our product delivers a clear, compelling, and delightful experience for our users.

This role isn’t just about marketing or UX in isolation—it’s about combining the two to create a cohesive customer journey. From working on defining GTM strategies and participating in the way we implement these, and also crafting intuitive in-product experiences, you’ll guide prospects from curiosity to conversion.

What You’ll Do

  • Customer Insights and Messaging:
    • Leverage customer feedback, market research, and data analysis to refine messaging, user flows, and product positioning.
    • Ensure that all touchpoints—from ads to in-product experiences—align with the user’s expectations and needs.

  • Storytelling and Content:
    • Develop narratives and campaigns that tell the story of how our product solves real-world problems.
    • Craft messaging that is both curiosity-driven (top of funnel) and solution-focused (mid and bottom funnel).

  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to deeply understand target audiences, develop positioning, and execute GTM plans that drive adoption and growth.
    • Translate customer pain points into messaging that resonates at every stage of the funnel.

  • User Experience (UX):
    • Partner with UX designers to craft intuitive in-product experiences that reduce friction and reinforce value.
    • Use micro-copy, interface design, and user flows to turn interest into action.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Cooperate with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and clarity on objectives.
    • Develop clear and actionable strategies to address gaps in the buyer’s journey.

Requirements

  • Native/ Excellent English - written and verbal- MUST (ALL content writing, interviews, communications and meetings are only in English)
  • Understanding of marketing
  • 3+ years of experience in senior product marketing, while working heavily on UX aspects– MUST
  • 5+ years of experience working in a Product company 
  • Proven track record of successful collaboration between marketing, UX, and product teams.
  • Solid experience in SaaS, web or mobile products- Must 
  • Experience in B2B products –an advantage
  • Managerial experience- an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – MUST.
  • Strong execution capabilities
  • Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude
