Job Description

As a Senior Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners. The Google Cloud Business Platform is a product and engineering organization responsible for the applications and platforms that drive Cloud Marketing, Sales, Partner, Support, Finance and other critical functions that help run the Google Cloud business. You will lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of features for positive billing experiences, design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications, and support the team with project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques. You will also determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making, establish an operations measurement framework, and develop and execute a long-term strategy.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience in program or project management
Experience working on a platform for Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple technical programs
Experience developing and reviewing technical requirements, design documents, the product life-cycle processes, bug triage, setting technical goals, and resolving technical tradeoffs between teams

Good to have:

Experience in security/access control and protecting data
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce documents that communicate strategy, status, scope, timelines, task planning, action items, risks, issues, program dependencies, test planning, or rollout planning
Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the ideation, prioritization, and execution of features for positive billing experiences.
Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key stakeholder communications.
Support the team with project planning and delivery, using knowledge of project methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Determine and collect data needed to govern programs and drive stakeholder decision-making, establish an operations measurement framework, and develop and execute a long-term strategy.
Build trusted relationships with program stakeholders, manage expectations of cross-functional leads, and ensure they have the insights needed to make decisions.
