(Senior/Staff) Technical Program Manager, Drive Unit Development (Powertrain) (m/f/d) - Gigafactory Berlin-Brandenburg

Tesla's drive unit development team seeks skilled Technical Program Managers to lead the launch and improvement of drive unit projects. Responsibilities include defining, tracking, and adjusting schedules (using JIRA); coordinating with engineering leaders, vendors, and cross-functional teams globally; understanding and resolving technical blockers; managing build plans across multiple programs; and supporting production and validation. The ideal candidate possesses an M.Sc. in Engineering (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of program management experience for complex electromechanical products. Strong communication, technical documentation skills, and experience planning resources and defining metrics for large-scale program implementations are essential. Experience with drive units, electric motors, traction inverters, and geartrains is preferred.
