This Senior Technical Business Analyst position is for an ongoing initiative within the DOT COM area.  The role requires a Chicago-based, on-site presence with long-term opportunities.  Responsibilities include serving as a liaison between business challenges and technology solutions, analyzing business processes, identifying needs, proposing solutions (software development, process improvements, organizational changes), gathering and documenting requirements, conducting business and systems analysis, creating system specifications, and overseeing implementation.  The ideal candidate will write detailed user stories for development and QA teams with minimal supervision, work closely with product owners, and participate in PI planning sessions. Experience in the media player and entertainment domain is preferred.
