In this role, you will help with the growth of our product engineering capabilities. You will also help organize and streamline the work within the scope of the Director, leading engineers in our area who are today using Generative AI to combat abuse across Google's products. You will manage complex projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and contribute to initiatives that drive our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) in partnership with our leads and teams in United States and Europe. This is a high-impact role, where you will demonstrate your exceptional organizational and communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity with confidence. You will build trust with executive leadership, and play a crucial role in shaping the future of online safety.The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google.
