Software Manager, Networking

NVIDIA is seeking an experienced Software Manager to lead a team developing the NVLINK switch Operation System (OS) and firmware. In this role you will be playing a critical role in developing our OS and firmware which are critical to NVIDIA's next generation networking technologies, and enable large-scale deployment in High-Performance Computing (HPC) data centers. What you'll be doing:

• Managing and leading a team of software and firmware developers

• Owning development of major features end-to-end

• Being actively hands-on (50%) in OS software coding and debugging

• Collaborating with off-shore teams

• Leading customer integration with our NVLINK technology

What we need to see:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or similar technical field or equivalent experience

• 8+ years of overall technical experience; 3+ years of experience managing a team

• Python/C/C++ programming skills

• Experience leading teams in developing firmware, and mentoring

• Ability to self-teach and to learn quickly

The base salary range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD.
