Job Description

As the Sr Manager, Product Management, you will be the catalyst for the partnership between Technology & Digital and the Disney Cruise Line business in Singapore. You will serve as the strategic point of contact to develop and drives strategies and long-term vision for best-in-class technology and digital product experiences in partnership with marketing and sales, contact center, shipboard operations, embarkation operations, and other key areas of the organization. Key Areas of Responsibility: * Serve as the in-region strategic Technology & Digital leader and business point of contact for Disney Cruise Line business and operations. * Plan, execute, and oversee bringing strategic product development to market to support business opportunities and enhance the Guest experience. * Utilize exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills to influence internal and external stakeholders including senior leaders. * Develop and implement outcome-based products and roadmaps that align with the strategic goals of the business and deliver measurable outcomes for the organization. * Identify opporutnities for innovation to shape future products, projects, services and technological advancements through a data-informed product vision effectively communicating a strategic narrative. * Directly manage others and provide indirect guidance to related teams, setting organizational priorities and allocating resoruces accordingly. * Identify and address complex technical, operational, consumer experience and business challenges.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management
  • Extensive experience working in technology
  • Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
  • Experience in leading through influence
  • Strong business knowledge and organizational skills
  • Experience in interpersonal relationships, mentoring
  • Strong written, verbal and research skills
  • Leadership in customer-centric vision building
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Working across complex organizations
  • Experience in leading through influence

Job Summary:

This role sits within Technology & Digital for Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, located in with the Disney Cruise Line team in Singapore. 

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications & Skills 

  • 10+ years of experience in product management with extensive experience working in technology within any industry, ideally within delivery and/or product management roles within a large, matrix organization 
  • Minimum of 3 years managerial experience 
  • Working across complex organizations to connect the dots between different business priorities and strategic goals 
  • Experience in leading through influence, cultivating relationships, and strong business knowledge and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in interpersonal relationships, mentoring, planning and communication. 
  • Strong written, verbal and research skills with the ability to work well both autonomously and collaboratively 
  • Leadership in customer-centric vision building, business case development and requirements gathering
  • Comfortability working across global site locations and time zones
  • Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or equivalent experience highly preferred.
