The Sr. Manager, UX Design will lead the UX team and drive user-centered design solutions for Direct eCommerce and D&D Beyond.   • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
  • Experience in user research, usability and A/B testing.
  • Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints and user needs.
  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire a design team.
Good to have:
  • Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, or gaming applications.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and behavioral psychology.

Are you passionate about design leadership and driving outstanding user experiences? We are looking for an experienced Manager, UX Design to lead our UX team, driving user-centered design solutions across our Direct eCommerce and D&D Beyond solutions. In this role, you will manage and mentor a UX team and are responsible for the end-to-end design process and delivery of seamless and engaging user experiences. This position is located in Renton, WA.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX designers, UX writers, and graphic designers, encouraging a culture of creativity, collaboration, and user advocacy.

  • Define the UX strategy and ensure alignment with product and business objectives.

  • Lead all aspects of the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to prototyping and final UI execution.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and partners to prioritize and implement design solutions.

  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and usability across all digital products.

  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, systems, and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability.

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and UX methodologies.

  • Champion a data-driven approach to design, using analytics and user feedback.
     

What You'll Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and UX strategy.

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.

  • Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs.

  • Excellent communication and partner leadership skills.

  • Familiarity with design systems, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design principles.

  • Ability to mentor and inspire a high-performing design team.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in eCommerce, SaaS, or gaming applications.

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles.

  • Understanding of conversion optimization and behavioral psychology.
     

Compensation Range, Currency USD:

  • Starting Pay Range: $146,500

  • Pay Range End: $219,800
