Sr Project Manager - Infrastructure

What success looks like in this role:

• Leads and manages large, complex enterprise-level Infrastructure Projects consisting of multiple teams and/or requiring integration with other activities outside the normal project scope.

• The types of infrastructure projects this Senior Client Project Manager may deliver are - Implementation of new Virtual Networks, Server Hardware Replacements, Server OS Upgrade Projects, Microsoft365 Migrations etc.

• Represents Unisys to client senior management, ensuring mutual understanding of how Unisys and clients can work together to optimize product application and achieve business success.

• Identifies new program and project opportunities with potentially company-wide impact.

• Leads and oversees project initiation, risk assessment, team startup, execution and post-project review.

• Initiates and leads project / program management process improvement task forces, facilitating and encouraging improvement based on lessons learned and state-of-the-art project management techniques.

• Drives change and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Program / Project Management.

• Sought out by executives to lead or provide advice on important projects.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Minimum 10 + years’ relevant experience in managing and delivering infrastructure projects OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

• This role is required to be based in Melbourne. Australian Citizens with preferably with a current AGSVA Baseline clearance but it's not essential.

• The permanent role will require to work at the client site in the CBD - atleast 1 days a week. Hybrid working model.

• Experience with state or federal government departments will be strong plus to have for this opportunity.

• The types of infrastructure projects this role may deliver are as below:

• Implementation of new Virtual Networks

• Server Hardware Replacements

• Server OS Upgrade Projects

• Vulnerability Patching & Security Projects

• Migration of physical and virtual servers to Azure

• Microsoft365 Migrations
