The Station Supervisor will be responsible for managing the workflow within the expedition department, including recruitment of riders and drivers if needed. Key responsibilities involve reporting performance to Cluster Head and Area Manager, coordinating and reconciling Cash on Delivery (COD) funds, and creating reports. Additionally, the role includes planning and strategy execution aligned with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets. The ideal candidate should have a minimum Diploma (D3) qualification and preferably experience in expeditions. Strong skills in MS Office, leadership qualities, and the ability to coordinate teams are essential.
