Job Description

The Digital Advertising Support Specialist assists with implementing advertising contracts and supports Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) publishers. This role involves gathering creative assets, answering questions, writing copy, editing/cropping images, creating proofs, and trafficking ads. Responsibilities include quality control checks, follow-up emails, providing performance data, and making updates to programs. The specialist communicates with customers and partners via email, phone, and video calls, utilizing software tools to manage accounts and fulfill requests. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsible for assisting with advertising contract implementation and supporting Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) publishers with requests related to paid content on their sites. This role works directly with advertisers after the sale of their ad contract to gather creative assets, answer questions, write copy, edit/crop images, create proofs, and traffic ads to the website. At the launch of a campaign, the Customer Support Specialist assists with quality control checks and follow-up emails to advertisers to confirm that their program is live. After campaigns have been implemented, the Customer Support Specialist assists advertisers throughout their contract life cycle to provide performance data and make updates to their program. Additional job responsibilities may be added over time, including but not limited to billing assistance and processing the removal of programs from sites. The Customer Support Specialist communicates with customers and DMO partners through email, phone, and video calls and utilizes various software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review account history, enter data, and communicate effectively to fulfill customer requests.

  • This role works directly with advertisers after the sale of their ad contract to gather creative assets, answer questions, write copy, edit/crop images, create proofs, and traffic ads to the website.

  • Computer Knowledge/Skills: 
  • ● Desktop computer proficiency 
  • ● Familiarity with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Excel, Word, etc.) 
  • ● Excellent typing skills 
  • ● Able to successfully navigate websites 
  • ● Ability to successfully adapt to changes in the work environment

  • Preferred Knowledge/Skills: 
  • ● Familiarity with Salesforce
