Streaming Coordinator

As a key member of the team, this role will focus on managing and distributing critical title information for a vast portfolio of series and episodes. You will play an essential part in streamlining processes, reducing errors, and ensuring team members are updated with incoming assets.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain comprehensive details related to current shows, including post schedules, updates, delivery delays, and replacements.
• Collaborate with localization and servicing teams across all territories to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist the team with handling rejections, show setups, and decision-making processes.
• Help improve operational efficiency and keep all stakeholders informed about incoming assets.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in mastering and post-production.
• Proficiency in using Airtable for organizing and tracking key information.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and contribute to team success.
• Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for accuracy.
