Job Description

The Supervisor of Institutional Services will oversee the daily operations of the Institutional Services team, providing training, mentorship, and development to team members. They will monitor performance metrics, handle escalated customer inquiries, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. The role also involves preparing reports on team performance, collaborating with other departments to improve service processes, and contributing to the team's overall success.

Must have:

Supervise daily operations of the Institutional Services team.
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes.

Good to have:

Bachelor's / Master's Degree in business or related field preferred.
Proven experience in client service, with supervisory experience a plus.
Understanding of operation efficiency management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and lead a team.
