Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of the Institutional Services team.
• Train, mentor, and develop team members.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare reports on team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve service processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree Holder, business or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in client service, with supervisory experience a plus.
• Have a good understanding of operation efficiency management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team.
