Job Description

The Supervisor Record Management will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, including storage, distribution, and document handling. This includes managing assigned personnel, ensuring compliance with inventory, classification, and document storage processes, and guaranteeing the security and proper handling of documents and equipment. Other responsibilities include managing work accident reports, coordinating audits, implementing quality procedures, and promoting environmental management and business continuity practices. The role requires a technologist or professional background, specifically in Administration or related fields, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, storage, asset management, or inventory management. Basic English language skills are desired, as is a willingness to travel.
Must have:

Salario mensual competitivo

Horario fijo: Lunes a viernes de 7:00 am a 5:00 pm.
Estabilidad laboral y contratación directa por la empresa.

Lugar de trabajo:
Carrera 2 norte N. 1-536 Centro Logístico del Eje Cafetero, Bodega 55, Dosquebradas – Colombia


Responsabilidades del puesto:

✔ Supervisión de la operación de la bodega (almacenamiento, distribución, manejo de documentos).
✔ Administración del personal asignado (horarios, seguridad, vacaciones, cumplimiento).
✔ Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos en inventarios, clasificación y almacenamiento de documentos.
✔ Garantizar la seguridad y correcta manipulación de documentos y equipos.
✔ Gestión de reportes de accidentes de trabajo y cumplimiento de normas de seguridad.
✔ Coordinación de auditorías y aplicación de procedimientos de calidad.
✔ Implementación de buenas prácticas en gestión ambiental y continuidad del negocio.
✔ Otras funciones asignadas por el jefe inmediato dentro del marco del cargo.

¿Qué buscamos?

Nivel educativo: Tecnólogo o profesional en Administración o carreras afines.
Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años en procesos logísticos, almacenamiento, administración de activos o manejo de inventarios.
  • Se puede homologar con 1 año de experiencia en un cargo de líder dentro de la empresa.

Conocimientos esenciales:

  • Manejo de Excel.
  • Organización y atención al detalle.
  • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.

Idiomas: Inglés básico (deseable).
Disponibilidad para viajar: Preferiblemente sí.
