Job Overview

 

We are looking for experienced Airbus A350 Simulator Pilot Instructors to join our training team. The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering high-quality A350 type rating simulator training, ensuring pilots meet the highest safety and operational standards.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Airbus A350 Type Rating (TR) simulator training in accordance with approved training programs.
  • Evaluate and assess pilot trainees on their performance and proficiency during TR training.
  • Provide clear and constructive feedback during debriefing sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company training requirements.
  • Assist in curriculum development and continuous improvement of training programs.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 10,000 total flying hours experience.
  • Valid or previously held Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL).
  • Type-rated on Airbus A350 SFI rating, with recent A350 Sim training experience preferred.
  • Previous experience as a Simulator Instructor or Line Training Captain is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of Airbus systems, flight operations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills.
  • Must meet regulatory requirements for simulator instructor qualification.
