As a Risk Management Specialist (m/f), you’ll be a key part of our team, working on a variety of projects alongside people with diverse skills and backgrounds. You will be participating in the end-to-end process of an automated risk management tool solution and provide clients with in-depth analyses and processes on risk matters.
Our goal is simple: help clients manage risks in a fast-paced business environment by offering innovative, data-driven solutions.
Here’s what a typical day might look like:
Collaborating with internal teams and clients to identify risks, provide smart recommendations, and design strategies to reduce them.
Reviewing data and conducting background checks to ensure we have a complete picture of any potential threats.
Researching market trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve when it comes to external risks.
Supporting analysis and assessments, diving deep into the data to provide meaningful insights.
Completing risk assessment questionnaires and validating risk profiles to help clients make informed decisions.

You’ll thrive in this role if:
You have 2+ years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, or risk assessment and understand how businesses manage risks.
You’re fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
You’ve got a can-do attitude and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
You’re naturally curious, flexible, and love learning new things. You bring a fresh perspective to the table every time.
You have a knack for taking complex concepts and breaking them down into simple, easy-to-understand ideas.
You’re a natural at building strong relationships, both with clients and your team.
You enjoy analyzing data, finding trends, and using your insights to help clients make smarter decisions.
You’re great at conducting research to understand complex issues and draw clear conclusions.
