Job Description

This is an opportunity for a modern Talent Acquisition Partner to shape highly productive teams. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates through various channels, screening and assessing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing recommendations to hiring managers. The Talent Acquisition Partner will also build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensure a positive candidate experience, track and analyze recruitment metrics, and stay updated on industry trends while incorporating DEIA principles. This role requires forward-thinking individuals driven to address the industry’s toughest challenges. The role involves attracting and recruiting forward-thinking individuals.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably highly technical roles.
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

This is an opportunity for the modern day Talent Acquisition Partner to help shape our highly productive teams. Our engineering teams are working on solutions and technologies that will usher in in the next generation of active safety, autonomous vehicles, smart cities and connectivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding

  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach

  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture

  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process

  • Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all recruitment activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably highly technical roles
