ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our fast-paced, dynamic and supportive Key Account Management team! As a Key Account Team Leader, you will lead a talented and driven group focused on delivering top-tier experiences to high-value customers. Enjoy working in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Effectively manage the Key Account Managers in their own team and liaise effectively with other supporting teams.
  • Ensure that the team acts and takes decisions based on data and follow up on performance on a daily basis - down to campaign level and key account level.
  • Ensure the delivery of excellent service to our high value players across all markets and brands and help enhance customer retention.
  • Collaborate closely with Team Leads from operational departments such as RG, AML, and RFP, to ensure the best possible VIP experience across all areas 
  • Coach the team to ensure relationship building whilst a sales approach is maintained.
  • Propose action and take responsibility for training, personal and professional development of team members and monitoring progress via 1-2-1, QA and reporting.
  • Take an active part in planning and implementing department strategies to continually improve the team as well as service provided.
  • Manage human resource issues such as recruitment, retention, attendance records and other matters.
  • Manage team performance and KPIs in line with targets/budgets.

 

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Essential skills:          
  • At least 2 years VIP Management experience with a proven ability to manage high-profile clients, deliver personalized service, and exceed expectations in fast-paced environments.
  • Highly effective in engaging with clients and team members, promoting clear communication, building strong relationships, and ensuring collaboration to meet goals and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Experience in leading high-performing teams
Nice to have skills:       
  • Skilled in analysing data to identify patterns and trends, with the ability to develop effective solutions and address challenges..
  • Strong emotional intelligence with a focus on providing personalised service.
