Sportskeeda's tennis section seeks contract writers with in-depth tennis knowledge. Responsibilities include writing 4-6 daily news articles, researching SEO content (match previews, head-to-head analysis, etc.), writing content from press conferences and social media, conducting interviews, and ensuring content adheres to guidelines. Excellent English (US) and time management skills are crucial.

The Opportunity

The Sportskeeda tennis section is looking for writers to join on contract. Qualified candidates should have in-depth knowledge and love for the sport Tennis.

Location: Remote

Experience: 1-2 years

Role: Contract

Key Responsibilities

Writing 4-6 news articles a day.
To research and write top SEO content topics includes match Previews, head-to-head, tournament analysis and other stories based on google trends.
To write all content related to tennis, including quotes from press conferences, social media account posts, and viral content.
Provide any other content-related assistance that may be required for any other articles/static pages
Conduct exclusive interviews with athletes and influencers.
Ensuring that content is written as per Sportskeeda’s guidelines with respect to language, spellings, grammar, scope of text and other such matters.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of tennis.
Excellent command over the English language (US).
Should have a knack for sentence composition, grammar, and syntax.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently.
