UX Copywriter

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands.

We’re looking to hire a UX Copywriter (Contract) for an online marketplace that connects buyers with sellers of unique gifts, craft supplies, and home decor. 

You’ll join the UX Content Team to craft compelling product experiences for the client's buyers and sellers. This is a 12 month role with the opportunity to extend or convert. The role is located in Brooklyn, NY, and is fully remote working EST with 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities: 

• Write, edit, and improve UX copy across a range of product experiences, including in-product education, featuring naming, navigational elements, and components of the user experience.
• Strategize and implement UX content strategy throughout product experiences.
• Participate in discoveries, design critiques, workshops to influence the product development process. 

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience in UX copywriting. Brand copywriting, editorial, or marketing is a plus. 
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams such as Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, Researchers, and Data Analysts. 
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience working with cross-functional product teams

To qualify for our benefits package, you must work over 30 hours per week and the length of assignment must be a minimum of 10 weeks.
