Job Description

As a Product Manager (Home) at Dream11, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining the product roadmap for the home page. This involves analyzing user behavior through data querying, making data-driven decisions, and validating assumptions. You will continuously evolve the product based on user feedback, market trends, and competition. Key responsibilities include identifying business metrics, aligning the team on product vision, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration for innovative solutions that drive retention and growth. The role requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a fast-paced, dynamic environment focused on building a scalable fantasy sports platform.

Must have:

3+ years Product Management (B2C)
Excellent communication & stakeholder management
Data analysis & decision-making skills
Roadmap creation & maintenance
Product evolution based on feedback & trends

Job Details

Product Management @Dream11:

The Product team is at the forefront of Dream11's user-first approach, with a single-minded focus towards building a scalable fantasy sports platform that makes every game exciting for all sports fans. From analysing consumer and industry trends to conceptualising features and strategy roadmaps, the Dream11 Product team facilitates cross-functional collaboration to develop innovative solutions that drive retention and growth at Dream11.

Your Role:

Create and maintain an effective product roadmap for the home page
Query data to help understand user behaviour and guide decision making
Use data to make informed decisions, validate assumptions, and measure success
Continuously evolve the product based on customer feedback, competition benchmarking, market trends and the latest regulations
Identify key business metrics based on a deep understanding of the product domain
Align the working team and other stakeholders on the user problem and the product vision

Qualifiers:

3+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2C company
Excellent at communication and stakeholder management
