We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join our established team, the successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and developing top-notch linguistic service providers for more than 45 languages for various multilingual video game localization projects, and maintaining the pool, ensuring a good balance between internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

  • Maintain good and professional relationships with translation and other language service. providers to foster a long-term cooperation and partnership.
  • Develop and apply translation & localization vendor management strategies.
  • Identify and recruit suitable translation & localization suppliers and contractors.
  • Updating vendor database.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with freelancers, vendors and other translation & localization suppliers.
  • Organize and perform vendor evaluations.
  • Communicate with Finance Department on invoicing and payment statuses.
  • Act as an escalation point for vendors.
Your profile
  • 3 years of LSP experience in vendor management or similar function in the translation & localization industry.
  • Understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, supplier management.
  • Ability to prioritize based on urgency of localization projects.
  • Experienced in vendor negotiations.
  • Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
