We are looking for a Vendor Manager to join our established team, the successful candidate will be responsible for hiring and developing top-notch linguistic service providers for more than 45 languages for various multilingual video game localization projects, and maintaining the pool, ensuring a good balance between internal and external stakeholders.

YOUR ROLE

Maintain good and professional relationships with translation and other language service. providers to foster a long-term cooperation and partnership.
Develop and apply translation & localization vendor management strategies.
Identify and recruit suitable translation & localization suppliers and contractors.
Updating vendor database.
Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements with freelancers, vendors and other translation & localization suppliers.
Organize and perform vendor evaluations.
Communicate with Finance Department on invoicing and payment statuses.
Act as an escalation point for vendors.

Your profile

3 years of LSP experience in vendor management or similar function in the translation & localization industry.
Understanding of procurement processes, contract negotiations, supplier management.
Ability to prioritize based on urgency of localization projects.
Experienced in vendor negotiations.
Excellent level of English, both spoken and written.
