    • Ensure stock levels are accurate and replenished in a timely manner.

    • Process and correctly store returned stock from Production and Workshop.

    • Manage inbound deliveries, efficiently locating and storing Customer Service stock.

  • Inventory Management & Systems

    • Operate the computerized Stock Control System (training provided).

    • Carry out regular stock checks and inventory counts to keep records accurate.

    • Process Helpdesk requests (Pearl/Xpert) for clients such as Scheidt & Bachmann, Daisy Group, etc.

  • Compliance & Safety

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized Stores environment.

    • Follow Cubic Health & Safety procedures and report hazards.

    • Control access to the Stores area, allowing only authorised personnel.

    • Comply with all relevant company policies (Quality Management, OHSE, Security, etc.).

  • Team Support & Flexibility

    • Keep all paperwork tidy and up to date to ensure a clear audit trail.

    • Collaborate closely with colleagues and management to support cross-department workflows.

    • Be open to taking on other Stores-related duties as needed to support the department.

    • Participate in training and skill development to grow within the role.
