Our studios are considered one of the foremost motion picture and television production and post-production facilities in the world. They inform, engage, and transport audiences to new worlds. Your New Role…

Working within the Worldwide Tours & Retail Marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and developing the company’s presence on social media. Working across multiple Studio Tour and Retail business units including but not limited to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London, Platform 9 ¾, The Harry Potter Shop and Harry Potter New York, you will help shape and execute the social media strategy across multiple channels.

Your Role Accountabilities…

• Deliver on social media strategies for individual business units.  

• Lead social projects, including campaigns to launch new products, features, or experiences.

• Being a social-first brand guardian across all social channels, ensuring quality control.

• Regular reporting on organic and paid social media activations, using insights to inform future content decisions.

• Manage day-to-day agency operations, oversee multi-channel content plans, source assets, and produce briefs.

• Build and nurture relationships with content creators to develop creator outreach programmes, manage creator visits and campaigns.

• Coordinate with key stakeholders for social requests, plans, and approvals.

• Stay updated with social trends, capture and edit social-first content, and regularly write copy for social media.

• Seek cross-promotion opportunities, report on social media activations, support paid campaigns, and provide on-the-ground support for shoots and events.

• Keep up with social best practices, work with the Digital Marketing Assistant on photo and video shoots and oversee community management.

Qualifications & Experience…

• Solid social media background with experience in creating and delivering successful social-first strategies and ideating social campaigns.

• Experience using social media platforms and analytics (including, but not limited to, Meta Business Suite, Meta Creator Studio, Instagram, X, Snapchat, YouTube and TikTok).

• Proficiency with social management tools (Sprout Social preferred), and a passion for social media culture and trends.

• Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills, good knowledge of the Harry Potter franchise, commercial acumen, and experience with Adobe Photoshop or Premiere Pro is a plus.

• Experience in the entertainment, tourism, attractions, or retail industry is advantageous.

Working Pattern…

At times, the role will require regular working during early mornings, evenings, weekends and school holidays which are the peak operating times.

Company Overview…

Following the success of the Warner Bros. Studio Tours in London and Hollywood, Warner Bros. Worldwide Tours and Retail division (WWT&R) has built on its experience of visitor engagement, exceptional customer service and innovative merchandise to include experiential retail. In addition to shops within both Studio Tours, the division also includes Harry Potter New York and the Platform 9 ¾ shops at Kings Cross station.

The latest addition to the division is Warner Bros. Studio Tour Tokyo, which opened in summer 2023 and is home to authentic sets, props and costumes from the eight Harry Potter films. Visitors are invited to discover ‘behind-the-scenes’ secrets of film production and see how the books were brought to life on-screen. With the chance to explore Diagon Alley, enter the Great Hall, appear in a moving portrait and even ride on a broomstick, visitors experience the magic of filmmaking firsthand. Since opening, the Studio Tour has achieved high ratings on Google Reviews and is consistently sold out.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
