Job Description

The Workforce Analytics will be responsible for identification, development and reporting of human capital and related business metrics and analyses to be used in assessing and improving HR programs, HR service delivery, and business performance. This includes standardizing how workforce data is used to drive decisions and linking workforce data to business results. This position is responsible for providing HR metrics, analysis, survey results, and data visualizations to all levels of the organization.
Must have:
  • Create and maintain Power BI Dashboards
  • Provide HR insights in the form of presentations (creation and deliver)
  • Data Cleaning using a variety tool such as Python and Excel
  • Create reports in WD to get data
  • Consulting with HR Analytics clients
  • Providing training to internal stakeholders on analytical techniques and data interpretation
Good to have:
  • Experience navigating and extracting data from HRIS systems, Workday preferred
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Exceptional data skills include aggregation, cleaning, manipulation, and analysis; experience with human capital data preferred
  • Workday reporting experience
  • Experience with one or more developmental or analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL
  • Ability to deliver recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form

We are looking for a Workforce Analytics who will:

  • Create and maintain Power BI Dashboards
  • Provide HR insights in the form of presentations (creation and deliver)
  • Data Cleaning using a variety tool such as Python and Excel
  • Create reports in WD to get data
  • Consulting with HR Analytics clients
  • Providing training to internal stakeholders on analytical techniques and data interpretation.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in workforce analytics, business intelligence and/or data analysis.
  • Experience with one or more developmental or analytical tools such as Python, R or SQL.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Experience with a visualization tool such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Ability to deliver recommendations in written, verbal and presentation form.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience navigating and extracting data from HRIS systems, Workday preferred.
