Your daily life

By joining us in Meudon, you will join the Thales Group headquarters located on the banks of the Seine and organized as a true campus, bringing together our digital identity and security activities.

The Data Continuity Officer is responsible for the complete management of the organization's data, ensuring its connectivity. This includes the governance, quality, and use of data assets to facilitate business operations and decision-making processes, within an architecture of Business Objects, Primary Sources, and Subscriptions. They ensure that data is effectively utilized to support strategic initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and meet compliance requirements.

Your missions:

• Develop and implement the data management strategy.
• Ensure data governance and compliance with regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
• Design and maintain data architecture (databases, data warehouses, data lakes).
• Lead data analysis initiatives to generate business insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Promote innovation in data usage to improve operational efficiency.
• Define the data governance strategy.
• Oversee data integrity and security.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize data quality.
• Analyze business needs and implement suitable solutions.

Your profile

You have a BAC+5 in IT or equivalent and experience in:

• Data management and governance.
• Data architecture and infrastructure.
• Advanced data analysis and business intelligence.
• Management of data regulatory compliance.
• In-depth knowledge of data protection regulations (GDPR, HIPAA).
