Job Description

This role involves creating concept art, designing characters and backgrounds, and producing setting drawings for 3D model creation in 3D game development. Required skills include practical experience in art and design for games or video works, fundamental art production skills such as drawing and composition, the ability to align designs with the direction of the work, and experience in 2D art production using applications like Photoshop. Desired skills include practical experience in 3D design, experience collaborating with 3DCG designers, planners, programmers, and the ability to use 3D software such as Maya or Blender. Candidates must submit a resume/CV and a portfolio.

Must have:

Practical experience in art and design for games/video.
Basic art production skills (drawing and composition).
Ability to align designs with work direction.
Experience in 2D art using Photoshop.
Business level Japanese language skill

Good to have:

Practical experience in 3D design.
Experience collaborating with 3DCG designers.
Ability to use 3D software (Maya, Blender).
