Slackでは、 大手顧客を中心に担当いただける営業メンバーを募集しています。
製品担当のAccount Executiveとして、アカウント担当のAccount Executiveと密に連携し、アサインされたテリトリーにおけるSlackビジネス(新規/既存の両方)の拡大に責任を持っていただきます。担当業務は、Slackを最も効果的に使用するための信頼できるアドバイザーとして、製品軸のビジネスプラン、社内イネーブルメント、情報発信、イベント・営業施策の立案および実行、商談対応など、クロスファンクショナルチームと協力して遂行します。

What you’ll be doing:
  • アサインされたテリトリにおけるGo to marketプランを作成する
  • アカウント担当のAccount Executiveに対する社内イネーブルメントや情報発信を行う
  • Pipegen、Progressionのためのイベントや営業施策の企画立案および実行を行う
  • アカウント担当のAccount Executiveと役割分担して、新規の見込み顧客のリード対応からクロージングまで営業サイクルを実施する
  • 既存顧客のビジネスを拡大するために積極的なアウトリーチ活動を行う
  • 上級管理職や意思決定者と継続的かつ良好な関係を築く
  • お客様にSlackの価値を理解してもらうための活動を行う
  • サインアップ、アップグレード、更新に重点を置いた顧客の成功を確実にするために、顧客のニーズを特定する
  • 営業チームの他のメンバー(ソリューションエンジニア、カスタマーサクセスマネージャー、リーダーシップなど)と協力して、顧客のための戦略的な導入計画を構築する
  • 新機能やリリースに対して事前に学習し、お客様へ情報を提供する
  • お客様の声を聞き社内の各部門にフィードバックすることで、製品を含む全ての分野で継続的な改善を推進する
  • 担当顧客との、請求、法律、セキュリティ、技術的な問い合わせを含む問題を関連部門と連携し、適切に対処・解決する

What you should have:
  • 8年以上のIT、ソフトウェア業界に関連する営業経験(SaaSでの営業経験が望ましい)
  • お客様のニーズを引き出すヒアリングからソリューションを提案しクロージングを行った実績
  • 他のチームやメンバーとの連携・協力による調整力
  • 自発的かつプロアクティブに営業活動を行える知識と経験
  • 上級管理職やCXOへのプレゼンテーション実施とリレーション構築の経験
  • 顧客満足度の向上と顧客関係の深化の機会への興味や関わった経験
  • 変化への適応力と柔軟性
  • 日本語の流暢さは必須、英語の読み書きができれば尚可
  • 学士号、もしくは相当する就業経験と実績
  • 出張が必要な場合もあり
