Playtech‘s GamesLink unit is looking for a passionate, target driven Account Manager who will partner with our customers and ensure their long-term success.

The Account Manager role is to manage a portfolio of assigned customers, pro-actively developing the relationship and generating consistent revenue growth in line with assigned targets. The successful candidate will be results orientated and have a genuine enthusiasm for succeeding within the online gaming industry.

Account Management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders across the business and understanding their assigned customers’ business in depth with a competent understanding of their KPI’s. Using the Playtech tools and “out of the box” thinking, Account Managers shall make proactive and relevant suggestions and recommendations to their customers in order to drive revenue growth. Account Managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate is able to analyse their customers websites and identify opportunities to improve the overall Playtech content exposure as well as providing dedicated day to day support and answer general queries.

Job Description

  • Meet/exceed revenue targets
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and across the business internally
  • Sett up Playtech promotional tools in the back office for licensees
  • Configure game limits
  • Deliver the Games Content roadmaps and advising on applicable content for specific markets
  • Work with BI and internal BI tools to understand and analyse your account data
  • Present BI data on the performance of your accounts internally & externally
  • Provide first level business support and being a point of escalation for all queries

Qualifications

  • Have experience working within an online B2B gaming company in a customer-facing, revenue/target-focused role
  • Possess experience with IMS or other online gaming platform back offices
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Exhibit the ability to multi-task and manage your time well
  • Understand your licensee and their business needs
  • Are self-motivated and highly driven by targets
  • Maintain a service and business orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Have knowledge of the online gaming market (particularly Casino, Live Casino, and Poker) with a solid understanding of the competitor landscape
  • Communicate in written and spoken English to a business level
  • Bring strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
