As an Account Manager III, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to upsell Google Workspace products to existing customers, working with reseller partners to generate business opportunities, cultivating Google Workspace usage and customer satisfaction, and liaising with Marketing and Product teams to improve the overall experience. This role requires fluent English and French communication skills and focuses on developing relationships with current business customers and growing their spend within the SMB and mid-market sectors. Responsibilities include identifying upselling opportunities, working with reseller partners, managing customer relationships, and improving the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology sales, account management, and marketing automation tools. The role is based in Dublin, Ireland and is part of Google's Cloud Small/Medium Businesses (SMB) team.
