What you’ll do:
- Automate marketing analytics based on proprietary models
- Test and investigate hypotheses
- Design and develop simple predictive algorithms
- Collaborate with the procurement team to formulate metrics
- Analyze the effectiveness of procurement
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years experience as an Analyst and Developer, with 2+ of these years as an Analyst/ML Engineer
- Confidence working with Python at the level of a professional Analyst. The successful candidate must also be able to work with a large codebase
- Experience creating predictive models
- Experience in creating/visualizing dashboards (with any BI stack) or experience presenting research results non-mediately to the customer
- SQL experience (with any database)
- A good, in-depth understanding of applied math areas (e.g. time series analysis, advanced A/B testing, classical ML algorithms)
- Ability to work with customers
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team (interacting with ETL engineers and other analysts)
Nice to have:
- Higher education in mathematics or other technical fields
- A good understanding of basic online marketing metrics
- Experience with Spark (or a willingness to learn at a level sufficient for the job)
- Continuous self-learning mindset (reading articles, continuing to improve via courses, showing your open source repository and code)
