What you’ll do:
- Develop ready to use and user-friendly tools within the domain “Data Analytics”
- Improve current analytics tools the and infrastructure around these tools
- Implement fault-tolerant integrations with data sources and third-party systems
- Automate data testing
- Respond to data failures
- Analyze analyst requirements for solving a problem and build formalized requirements for a future solution upon these analyses
- Independently set and prioritize tasks, taking into account analyst requirements
- Build your medium-term and long-term plans for task groups
- Interact with teams of analysts, DevOps, and developers at the boundaries of their areas of responsibility
What you need to succeed:
- Understanding the principles and problems of Data Science
- Strong knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Bash)
- Knowledge of SQL
- Understanding the structure of SQL databases (using Postgres, as an example)
- Experience with CI/CD and containers
- Knowledge of Linux at the “local administrator” level
- Ability to independently test your solutions (manual tests, autotests)
- Ability to quickly find and fix technical problems
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify problems and suggest solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with Java/Groovy, ClickHouse, Trino, Spark, Hadoop
