What you’ll do:
  • Develop ready to use and user-friendly tools within the domain “Data Analytics”
  • Improve current analytics tools the and infrastructure around these tools
  • Implement fault-tolerant integrations with data sources and third-party systems
  • Automate data testing
  • Respond to data failures
  • Analyze analyst requirements for solving a problem and build formalized requirements for a future solution upon these analyses
  • Independently set and prioritize tasks, taking into account analyst requirements
  • Build your medium-term and long-term plans for task groups
  • Interact with teams of analysts, DevOps, and developers at the boundaries of their areas of responsibility
What you need to succeed:
  • Understanding the principles and problems of Data Science
  • Strong knowledge of scripting languages ​​(Python, Bash)
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding the structure of SQL databases (using Postgres, as an example)
  • Experience with CI/CD and containers
  • Knowledge of Linux at the “local administrator” level
  • Ability to independently test your solutions (manual tests, autotests)
  • Ability to quickly find and fix technical problems
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify problems and suggest solutions
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Java/Groovy, ClickHouse, Trino, Spark, Hadoop
