The Role

  • Develop and execute an analytics roadmap that addresses the Talent organization’s immediate and longer-term needs.

  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to identify opportunities to increase efficiency through automation or quantitative analysis.

  • Act as subject matter expert on labor markets and associated research methodologies.

  • Engage with key stakeholders and build relationships to ensure alignment and delivery of cross-functional talent intelligence objectives.

  • Influence outcomes that support Netflix’s business objectives and Talent’s key priorities.

  • Maintain the highest standard of analytical rigor while understanding and effectively communicating the limitations of data and analytics in certain markets or verticals.

You have:

  • 7+ years experience in a client-facing analytics role in HR, consulting, or finance.

  • Proficiency in querying and analyzing large datasets (e.g. SQL, R, Python)

  • Proven experience designing and implementing dashboards, scaled analyses, or automated solutions that succinctly answer complex or ambiguous business questions.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex analyses to non-technical audiences.

  • Experience in stakeholder management, relationship building, and influencing senior audiences.

  • Adaptability, tendency toward simple, creative solutions, and ability to effectively prioritize work in a demanding and changing environment.

  • The kind of curiosity, open-mindedness, and thoughtfulness toward work and professional relationships that would make you a great teammate and partner in the Talent organization
