Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager, Integrated Marketing, is an integral part of the Integrated Marketing team responsible for:

(1) Disney+ Brand building

(2) Driving DTC title performance

(3) Synergize by working closely with cross-company business units.

Principal responsibilities include managing local campaigns and events; partnerships with stakeholders (internally with various Lines of business and externally with agencies and partners), assisting in the execution of brand and title campaigns, and supporting various administrative functions related to the smooth and efficient operation of the Integrated Marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business objectives into strong and engaging Brand and Title campaigns. Constantly monitor brand and title performance for the immediate responsive plan.
  • Manage overall given A&P and optimize budget allocation, media plans, and daily adjustments based on performance and market trends. 
  • Work with agencies and vendors to craft and execute marketing strategies, initiatives, and touchpoints including but not limited to media, outdoor, digital, PR, social, and WOM marketing while continuously optimizing media spend and approach. 
  • Work closely with internal key stakeholders (Partnership, Programming, Finance, APAC Regional and U.S. Teams, etc.) and cross-functional business units (Growth Team, Consumer Products, Studio, Content Sales) to ensure smooth information exchange and communication. 
  • Analyze, interpret, and utilize both 1st party and 3rd party data including business, market, and consumer trends to craft sound strategy. 
  • Assists in consumer research when needed. 
  • Translate and localize creative materials when needed.
  • Pitch to new partners and execute promotion campaigns; seek Sponsorship. 

Qualifications / Experience

  • Minimum 4~5 years of experience in marketing with strong knowledge in both traditional and digital media. Preferably in a multi-national company.
  • Solid experience in working with media, PR, event, and digital agencies.
  • Extensive knowledge of streaming and entertainment industries (Korean content is a plus) is preferred. 
  • Strong analytical skills. Driven with strong capability in translating data into business opportunities. 
  • Understand and experience in managing social platforms (YT/FB/IG or others).
  • Experience in project management, able to implement a campaign from start to end while maintaining a healthy pace with high work standards.
