The Associate Client Executive - FindLaw is responsible for developing and maintaining ongoing client relationships to achieve client and revenue retention goals within an assigned territory or team. This involves proactive and reactive management of each assigned account, close partnership with Field Consultants, and cross-functional collaboration with all areas of FindLaw departments. The role requires driving results for account retention and revenue by achieving monthly targets, developing and executing retention strategies, and providing excellent customer care. It also involves managing time and responsibilities, maintaining accurate forecasts, strategic planning, problem-solving, and potentially mentoring colleagues. The position also emphasizes strong customer focus, understanding client needs, communicating effectively, and acting as the primary internal point of contact for assigned accounts.
