ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our dynamic team dedicated to revolutionizing customer support through our advanced back office solution. As a Backend Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our systems' efficiency and automation taking it to the next level. You'll be part of a cross-functional team to design, build, and test the solutions, ensuring a seamless support experience for our players. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of our backoffice tool Phoenix, our cutting-edge back office system, and drive impactful improvements in key performance indicators.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
● Collaborating with the team to plan, execute, design, and test the solutions for improving back office functionalities.
● Integrating tools such as Zendesk and Chatbot to enhance customer support workflows.
● Ensuring scalability and fault tolerance of systems through the implementation of microservices architecture.
● Utilizing Git/Github for version control and Jira for issue tracking.
● Building and maintaining complex systems to optimize performance and functionality.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
● 3+ years of experience with common Java frameworks like Spring and JPA.
● Proficiency in relational databases, particularly MySQL.
● Experience in building scalable and fault-tolerant systems with a focus on microservices architecture.
● Strong knowledge of version control using Git/Github and issue tracking with Jira.
● Demonstrated expertise in building complex systems and understanding their functionalities.
NICE TO HAVES
● Experience with any front end coding language
