We are seeking a dedicated HR Lead to join our team in Bulgaria. This role is crucial in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment. The HR Lead will be responsible for managing HR processes, administration, implementing employment policy, laws and practices according to the local market, and acting as a point of contact for employees in Bulgaria. The role also involves collaboration with our International HR team. Responsibilities include taking care of employee lifecycle processes, identifying and assessing HR needs, managing employee reports, supporting hiring managers, acting as a point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, identifying opportunities to improve processes, managing employee relations, creating a strong employer brand image, overseeing payroll activities, organizing team building initiatives, and performing other HR-related duties as required.
Must have:
  • Degree in HR or psychology preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience as HR Manager, HR Specialist, or HR Generalist
  • Strong knowledge of Bulgarian labor laws & regulations
  • Ability to work independently and take end-to-end accountability for employee lifecycle
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting expertise

We are seeking a dedicated HR Lead to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our employees and fostering a positive work environment within Bulgaria. The HR Lead will be responsible for taking care of the Human Resource processes, administration, implementing employment policy, laws and practices according to the local market and acting as a point of contact for the employees in Bulgaria.

In addition to the local activities, the person in this role will collaborate and work closely with our International HR team.


Responsibilities: 

- Taking care of employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, employee engagement projects, documentation and communication with employees and introducing talent retention ideas and policies in line with company processes;
- Identifying and assessing the HR needs of the business, and developing and implementing strategies to meet those needs;
- Managing and sharing employee reports with the team and stakeholders on a regular basis;  
- Supporting Hiring managers as per business requirements;
- Acting as a point of contact and support for employees on HR-related matters such as policies, benefits i.e. Food Vouchers, Sports cards, additional health insurance and grievances etc.;  
- You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and systems driving efficiency, and effectiveness across the departments etc.; 
- Managing employee relations and ensuring a positive work environment for all employees;  
- Creating a strong employer brand image for the organization;
- You will oversee payroll activities and work with external payroll providers as well as communicate with various 3rd parties including lawyers, occupational health etc.;
- Responsible for organising team building initiatives / activities such as Christmas parties, quarterly team buildings and competitions etc.;
- You will be responsible for any other HR related duties deemed necessary for the role and business;
 

Requirements:
