Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks an OPD Engineer to join its team. Responsibilities include understanding and planning the integration process lifecycle, coordinating integration projects from design to production, implementing continuous improvement, handling issues and change requests, proactively identifying risks, monitoring deliverables, managing client expectations, and developing strong working relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have API implementation knowledge, excellent communication skills, systems orientation (Networking, SQL), strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with complex integrated systems, and knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, and relevant technologies like Jenkins, Git, and Jira. Fluency in English is required. The role involves being a key point of contact for clients and assisting with high-severity issues.

Must have:

API implementation knowledge
Excellent communication
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex systems
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL
Jenkins, Git, Jira experience

What You'll Do

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the integration process in details in every step.
Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle.
Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production.
Implement continuous improvement practices.
Analyze and handle all issues and change requests.
Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product.

Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles.
Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project.

Develope strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project.

Key point of contact for the customer.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.

Create and maintain relevant documentation.

II. INFORMATION LINKS AND RELATIONSHIP

Directly subordinate to the Director of OPD & Integrations
In implementing the organizational capacity to carry out our links and relationships with all actors in the company.

What We're Looking For

Knowledge in the technical side of the API implementation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to cut through the ambiguity and identify the core issues
Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with complex integrated systems
SW Qualification / Integration / SW Development experience
Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel
Knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls
Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira,
Fluency in English.
