Job Description

Playtech Managed Services seeks a detail-oriented BI Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include analyzing customer behavior and market trends to provide actionable insights; developing and maintaining BI tools and dashboards; identifying process improvement opportunities; conducting detailed business operational analysis; gathering and documenting business requirements; collaborating with various teams and third-party suppliers; preparing reports for executive management; and ensuring regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in BI software (Power BI, Tableau), excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and attention to detail. A plus is knowledge of regulatory requirements in the betting industry and fluency in English. Evening, weekend, and holiday work is required.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of business operations and processes within the Trading room.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with CS, Fraud, Product, Technology, Clients, and 3rd party suppliers to ensure alignment on business objectives and project goals.
  • Prepare and present reports to executive management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
